No, I didn't misunderstand her. I asked her over and over again. It was 0% for the lifetime of the transferred money. I spoke to her "supervisor" as well. It was part of her SOP so I had to talk to him, which made me feel slightly better. But I know better! If I don't feel right about something, I just shouldn't do it no matter how many times I'm being told "this is a good thing". Oh well! You live and you learn.
