Scanner Suggestions / What Do You Use?

I have many cels that need to be scanned and uploaded to my cel gallery. My old scanner required a bunch of post processing to get the scans to look like the originals. This scanner is horrible. There is a lot of background noise and the cels don't fit in it's 8.5x14 scanning area. This creates a dark band where the cell sticks out of the scanning area.

Basically I'm saying, what scanners do you use and recommend? This one is junk and it's time to get replaced. It's the main reason I stopped updating my site.
