That's pretty good. Are they copying the moves from the scene directly or are they improvising?

No idea, made a year now this video is available and saw on many french boards. They are true fans, and that may explain the respect of the original anime.
One bad point to costumes that look bought on the web and not enough realistic due to their materials.

All the genres got mixed together. Interesting colors too. Pretty hectic pacing there.
