Does anyone know how to transcribe music?

I recently downloaded the soundtrack to Jane Eyre - the 1996 version with William Hurt - and I really want to learn the piano solo heard on it. There is no sheet music available for Claudio Capponi's score of the movie (I Googled and everything). Does anyone here know how to transcribe music or know of someone who does? I am willing to pay. It's called 'Jane's Infancy'.
