UltraManiac--Anime or Manga?

I recently was browsing Barnes and Noble and was glancing through the manga. Then discovered that it was also made into an anime series. Has anyone seen the anime or part of it? The first volume of the manga I really enjoyed, but is the anime really good as well? Any comments, please post. Thanks

I haven't read the manga, but did see the anime. It is a very average show.
Not bad, but not that good either. Was just good enough that I finished it.

I seen the first ten or eleven episodes of Ultramaniac. I watched a ways into it because I saw sketches of from it floating around. I wanted to be sure how much I liked the show while the sketches were still around.

I can't say I liked it too much. I thought it was okay, but I recognize I'm not the main target audience for this so your mileage will definitely vary (especially if you watch a lot of shoujo anime that's similar to it). My 38-year old male friend watched it all the way through and enjoyed it.

The anime is disapointing but not completely worthless. A few episodes were actually good. Just don't go into it expecting much, that's my only advice.
