It struck me as odd that, despite the cel being 'made' in 1994, there is no line fading on it. Not to mention that the seller conveniently cuts the corner of the cel off in the photo, so there is no sequence number shown. I went through my high pixel quality DVDs to see if I could find the exact scene. There are three cels of Uranus, up close with her eyes open, during her henshin.
The auctioned cel looks like a merged version of screenshot 1 and 3, with some additional add ons to cover the fact that the animated version cuts off a good portion of the real cel.
It's still a very pretty cel...just not worth 35000 yen.
