Moving plus Problems

Post by Ashura »

Okay, I just had to put down first, last & security. Since I have implemented a savings/retirement fund last year, I can no longer touch it X| , which means no buying of anything for at least a month :l

Will be signing the papers today.

http://www.majesticregency.com/oc_welcome.html

The new place I am currently going to move into isn't really new, I've lived there before. Though it will be a different room. I'm probably going to live there for a year again. (I still haven't found a place where I would call home yet). Since moving out of my parents home to become an "adult", the longest I've stayed in a place has been 15 months. All the views from the places I have lived in has been just gorgeous, but I keep feeling restless and want to move to a different place. Is it just me?

In the last 2 1/2 years, I've vacationed in Montreal 4 times, went down to the Cape Cod 3 times, once in Orlando (really just to hang out with my girlfriends and to take them to see Cirque du Soliel La Nouba), later that year I ended up at Key West for the Fantasy Fest, and twice to the New Age Health Spa in New York. they were all 1 week vacations, but I still feel restless. My boyfriend and I might be going to Las Vegas or to his folks house way up in Maine during Thanksgiving...we still haven't decided. If we go to Vegas, this would be our first trip together (alone...as in not with any of his fraternity buddies). But I'm not sure how long we'll still be together...though everytime I try to bring up the subject of "let's give each other some space", he avoids the subject.

What is worst, both my parents are going to visit my sister and I in the middle of October and are staying for 2 weeks. My boyfriend is expecting me to introduce him to them (my excuse for not telling my parents about him was that they were in California and I just haven't had a chance yet). I don't want to introduce him to my parents and then break up with him shortly after. That just looks bad. I am so screwed. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Okay, okay....enough ranting, I just wanted to release for a bit. I feel a little better. Since I don't have to work today, I may just be hanging around here or I might just go shopping at Macy's (I have a bunch of Corporate Gift Cards that needs to be used, so I might as well use them before they expire).

Nothing life threatening, but if anyone would like to send me a hug, that would sure be appreciated

*poke* There, instead of a hug you get a poke.

*poke poke poke* "Is it dead?"

*poke*

=P

Sounds like you need a good noogie instead actually.

*noogie* That and a good laugh. =D

Sorry no real good helpful suggestions regarding life. I'm sorta trying to stop and smell one rose right now, but the bugger keeps on moving. >.< Aka, trying to make sense of too many people's litle pet peeves and it is getting on my own nerves. HAHAHAHAHA

:-) There is no need to apologize. Interesting observation.

A CONDO in OGUNQUIT??!!!

Do you have ANY idea how jealous I am!! and the Spousal Unit as well??

:bawl

Can we come visit? :) My brother lives in Canaan...

You lucky duck. Oh, ok, it's no fun being dirt poor temporarily but oh... lucky, lucky you!

Oh, and no, it's definitely not you. We must have moved six times in the five or six years we lived in the Portland area. There was always a more interesting space somewhere else. We've been out here in the cowtown in a dry spot for 12 years and I am more than a little antsy myself. Don't feel like you have to "settle" until you're good and ready!

I have dibs on the main bedroom, so if you don't mind the murphy bed, it's all yours. There is 2 bathrooms so we'll never have to fight in the morning. Since I am on the 4th floor, there's a great view of the ocean. Just try not to drop anything from the balcony, it's never good. X|

(btw, I think you meant cabana boy, Soda)

Since my friends are taking me away this weekend, I will not have any internet access. Thanks for the PMs *specially to NSP & Yoshito :ghug: *

I feel better now than I did yesterday. Having my parents coming over, breaking up with my boyfriend and moving to my new place was just a bit much for me to think about. :?

Hey, Cloud, so did I! :P Two years of living near Montreal.

Anyway, Ashura, if your boyfriend is too dense/self-centered to realize when you're trying to let him go softly, then just pound him with it. :P

lol, I'm no help when it comes to relationships. I am very single. X|

There's absolutely nothing wrong with roaming, as long as you pack your cels up nice and tight and don't let the movers handle them.

Feel better! :ghug: :friends:
