Help IDing a DBZ cel on auction

There's a SSJ2 Gohan cel on ebay right now that I just can't place: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... K:MEWAX:IT

It doesn't match any episodes that I've seen yet it has a sequence number. Since it has a sequence number it can't be a hanken. So then I thought maybe from a video game, but I can't match it to any of them either. Ideas? It may just be me, but the lines seem too perfect.
