*le sigh* When I have some time this weekend, I'm going to have to sit down again and watch some WK!!! All of this talk has really gotten me back in the mood for it! And have to agree that Ken is absolutely dead sexy in Gluhen. It's strange how I swing back and forth on my likes and dislikes! Okay...I'm starting to ramble. I need some sleep....and then some serious flower boy assassination action!

OK! Here's a good laugh for you guys! This thread has caused me to dust off my DVDs. I started watching them again the other night. But I've been limiting myself to 2 or 3 episodes a night.

*sigh* So much cuteness . . . so many pauses of the DVD

I don't think you're alone, Duotrouble! I've been rewatching the series and OAV recently, doing some screencaps and just, in general, soaking up all the assassiny goodness that is Weiss. Plus, I have the first Gluhen dvd (US release) sitting here in my office, in its cute, little plastic wrapper, just waiting to be enjoyed.

*hmmm ... note to self: must hit Best Buy tomorrow to see if any more gluhen dvds are out yet*

Oh, yeah ... Weiss goodness abounds ... whoopee for that!

It's out already!? Eep! O_o This poor little college student is going to have to scrape some money together...

Did Media Blasters ever get the OAVs, does anyone know? I've been dying to see them. I've got the second one, but not the first, and I don't want to watch them out of order.

I haven't ever seen a US release of the OAVs ... and I would dearly love to have one. So, although I don't think it was released over here, I hope I'm wrong. So ... can anyone prove me wrong ... pleeze?

No release of the OVA in the US yet, but Tex - the second Gluhen DVD is out too! So much fun!!

Here's a really stupid question now. Is the OVA Verbrechen and Strafe or is there more out there I haven't seen?

Can't wait until those are released in the US!

Ok, call me a WK newbie...how many DVDs are there after WK and what is the correct order to watch them. I just watched WK and have Gluhen to watch. Is there one before that? One after?

Again ... I could be wrong ... but I believe there are 2 OAVs that come after the original series ---- Verbrechen and Strafe. They are both on the same disc (at least, they are both on the HK disk I have). Then, Gluhen is a "second series", which comes after the OAV. It's 13 episodes long, I think, and has just been released here in the US. Well ... "just" isn't quite accurate b/c the second disc is already out ... Gluhen is called: "Knight Hunters: Eternity" in the US (and I just took that info right off my first Gluhen dvd). It does have "Weiss Kreuz Gluhen" in smaller type underneath the "Knight Hunters" title.

As always, if I'm wrong on this info, please, someone jump in and correct me.

But I was under the impression Verbrechen and Strafe are just one OVA, episode 1 and 2.

It makes sense that Verbrechen and Strafe would be one OAV, episodes 1 & 2, since they are on the same disk.

Does anyone know if there are plans in the works to release the OAV in the US?

Now, what we really need to do is encourage whichever big, giant head is in charge of such things in Japan to animate the "Dramatic Precious" (hope I got that name right) CD drama! Now, that's a show I'd like to see!!

I sure hope that after they finished releasing Gluhen they'll release Verbrechen/Strafe. They really should have released them the other way around but oh well. At least they're getting released!

Anyone else seen the music videos on DVD? I got that disc after only having seen the tv series. I was a little confused to say the least. And the guy at the end . . . well I haven't a clue what he's saying because it's all in Japanese and they are no subtitles. Or did I just get a bad disc?
