Maybe its just me...
Okay, now, maybe I'm just way out of the loop here, but...
Has anyone ever had a package be delivered to them, or attempted to be delivered to them, on a Sunday? Keep in mind, this is the USPS we're talking about. (They left that nifty salmon-colored notice slip too).
I have never heard of them being out and about on a Sunday, except for the 18 wheelers bringing mail from one PO to the other. My PO looks abandoned on Sundays, so I'm trying to figure out why they attempted a delivery on a day when they're supposed to be off. O_o This package is nothing special, just run of the mill, everyday package, too.

So I am teaching you something new.

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

I got an EMS package from Japan from the USPS on a Sunday not too long ago. I asked the mailman about it and he said that if they get packages in on sunday, they'll try to deliver them to help with the mail flow or something.

Oddly enough when I win things at Mandarake I sometimes get them on a Sunday... I guess apparently UPS can deliver on Sundays. It doesn't really matter much to me as long as I can try and get them before they miss me and I have to go and pick them up... there are ALWAYS problems that occur with the packages when that happens.

My cat Temperance I call her Tempe for short.

My cat Seeley is a Sailor Moon fan, too!
I didn't anticipate on having a black female cat and a white male cat or I would have named them Luna and Artemis... oh well.

Yes, always a nice surprise when you think you are sleeping in on a Sunday morning, only to have to drag yourself to the door, ready to be angry at the jerk that disturbed your sleep. Only to find that its the postal guy and you suddenly smile as you realize "yay, my shipment"! *squeal*. I once told my postal guy that I loved him *jokingly of course*. He had brought me my first Kaji Cel from NGE, I was so excited (mind you, this was like 5-6 years ago, Kaji was one of the hardest to find
)
