Is anyone familiar with the auction site Swoopo? http://www.swoopo.com/

This popped up in my search of auction sites and the deals seem too good to be true. What I've gathered so far is that you pay $1 for each bid you place. The auction goes up in 15cent increments and will extend 20 seconds if a bid is placed last minute. There has got to be more of a catch though judging by the deals. :?

its just a gambling site where everyone loses except the house :roll:
They make hundreds off of one item. Naturally they can afford to give one away for a cheap deal, its paid for itself 10 fold :?
