Question about cracked Cd's

Hi!
Does anyone know if is possible to get data off a cracked Cd?
i have an audio cd that cracked and i put it in my computer's dvd drive but it will only read 4 songs when there's 27 on the cd.

this is kinda important to me so if its possible that someone (or a company) has a machine and i can send the cd to and pay them to recover the music i wouldnt mind at all.
